Academic Scholarship Application

Three scholarships of $1,000.00 each will be awarded to three Forest Lake High School graduates. Eligibility will be based on academic achievement, involvement in community and school activities, as well as Masonic affiliation. This award will be used to further education at a college, community college, or technical school of your choice.
